Clam Dip
Serve with raw cauliflower, celery and carrot sticks.

Servings: 8

• 1/2 clove garlic
• 1 - 8 ounce package fat free cream cheese
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Fresh ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup drained, minced canned clams
• 1/4 cup clam broth

Rub a medium bowl with garlic. Blend in ingredients in order given. Beat to make a smooth consistency. Cover and chill and garnish with parsley or snipped chives. Serve with fresh cut vegetables.
