These are also great plain without the sauce.

Makes about 32 meatballs

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
1-1/2 pounds ground chicken breast

SAUCE:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Mix well.

Shape into 32 meatballs. Brown lightly in an nonstick frying pan. Place on racks on a baking sheet and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients; heat through. Serve with meatballs.
